Sorry for not updating regularly, so bear with me with this long post! ((:
I’ve no idea where to start from… but I do have a hard typing the letter ‘T’ as it had pop out from the keypad. hahs. No matter how hard I push it back, it just pop out and I need to press harder in order for my MR. T to appear in the screen. hahs.
Anyway, I had chosen to proceed to Higher Nitec in Leisure and Travel Operations (LTO) after much consideration. Since I have chosen this course, I will put in 101% effort to ace well in this course and do my parents proud.
I had also planned to retake my O level English AGAIN this year as my result was real bad. The good thing is that the syllabus has yet to change. I hope that this year will be the one and only last time I will retake my English. In order to fulfill this goal, I guess it’s time to flip and read newspapers, vocabulary books and etc to improve my English.
I had ‘expired’ from WTS Travel last Friday, 13th March at 7PM. It had marked the end of my attachment. The laughter, joy, bitterness, sourness, ringing from the phones, flipping through the file for packages’ enquires, teasing of colleagues, printing itineraries, solving the jam of papers in the printer, stamping envelopes, issue tickets/vouchers, munching on food, slacking, gossiping and many many more had engrafted in one part of my wonderful memories.
This 10 weeks attachment was indeed an eye-opening for me towards Travel Agency line. No matter how nasty, unreasonable or rude can the customers be, there will always a smile on their face but deep down it was full of fears. I might not have experience to such extend that customer want a refund, file a complain or defending themselves for their mistakes but I had seen a few right in front of my pair of eyes. Such customers really scare the hell out of me and don’t forget I’m just a watcher not the dealer. I can imagine how they will feel dealing such customers. Lucky for me, I had come across really nice customers and they are really patient with me when I told them I’m under attachment. While I was typing their particulars into the company’s system, we will have a little chit chat. It makes me feel better in some ways and calmness just flow in. On the other hand, I did meet a few impatient customers. When they know I was under attachment, they would want a professional consultant to serve them.
Last but not least, I also grateful to have such understanding, caring and wonderful supervisor, MR KENNY TEOH. He has really taught me a lot about being in a business line. How I have to behave while working, The way I talk to someone with a higher rank, The attitude I should have or should not have and many more. He is just like a working daddy to me, looking out for meiwen, sookhar and I if the work load is too heavy for us. Sometimes he will bring us out for dinner and shopping. The time we spent were more than just working partners, it’s like we have been friends since ages ago. Hahs. i do enjoy the stay in WTS travel but not for the working duration. hees.
By ending this part, I shall add a picture in. hahs.

Enjoy reading.
toodles.
How I wish time would stop at the special moment of my life. hahs.
