It has been a week since school had started. It was really a hectic semester with time scheduled from 8 AM to 5 PM mostly everyday and we have to face the computer up to hours and hours. This semester I have 3 new modules namely, Office IT (OIT), Reservation and Ticketing (RNT) and Business Etiquette Grooming (BEG). We have about 9 weeks to complete all of the above modules that I mentioned. After that, we will be going for our individual industrial attachment programme (IAP).

During this semester, the school will be sending us for interview at various attractions and travel agencies. There will be pros and cons for going attachment. Pros- firstly, it will be a new challenge and experience in the society. Secondly, having a good company and boss will have good results reflecting in our cert. thirdly, you will enjoy and will to work longer or something. On the other hand, the pay is as low at 200 per month, the boss might be bias, and you cannot stand working with the company. Lastly, you are fighting with the poly people as their attachment will be 6 months and ours will be 2 months.

So after all, I was thinking if I should have my IAP in a travel agency or at an attraction??? Which is better? I know the choice is mine but just cannot decide. Hahs. Attractions seem to be fun and meeting tourists. The current modules will be applied in travel agency. My teacher had told me she had sent my name to WTS for an interview. If I was selected, I will be working with them. I wish I have more choices to choose from but cannot. So it’s kind of critical. Hahs. I don’t want to regret in making the wrong choice.

RNT: if miss one lesson, you will be lost. If you are slow, you have to catch up fast. If you know it inside out, you will ace it well. It was really cool yet confusing module as it will be done with computers which only recognise numbers. So there are so many number codes to remember, plus I suck in computer related stuff. Hahs. Hopefully I can master it or something. The theory part is scary even though I was not taught yet. Flipping through the textbook tells it all. The teacher is nice yet fast but I’m sure to pick up this challenge and fight till the very end. (((((:

OIT: basically all Microsoft related. It was not a very difficult module to ace it but it was fun too. I have nothing much to mention about this modules. The teacher just needs to chill a little. Hahs. BEG: it was the most fun module of all with all the hand on work. Hahs. We need to dress up in office wear and we will be marked. Isn’t it interesting ehh. There is much more but this module in our time table is one of the shortest duration than the other two. Hahs.

Out of five days of school I was late for the first hour for last 3 days. I bet OIT teacher will remember me. Hahs. Her lessons are the first few hours for some of the days and I was late twice for her lesson. Hees.

Annoying part of the week was that one of the days I lost my ezlink and I went home twice to look for it and ended up being late for school. This sucks mann. I’m now using adult's fare which is like a money eater for me. hahs. I have to pay 50 cents for a trip to school and now I have to pay 2 dollars for a trip. The difference is damn big laa. haha. I still wonder how I lost it. hahs. Damn it shit. I am going to make my card real soon. hahs.

I think I need to schedule my time properly so that I will not be late for lesson. hahs. I can’t imagine if i study and work. It might be a disaster. O level is next Tuesday! I’m going to buck up mann! Good luck to those who studying Os. ((((((:

finally its weekend break which I can sleep longer and I have to clear my study room. hahs.
